No Refund Policy

At PTxSA, we are committed to providing high-quality, one-on-one concierge physical therapy services. Due to the nature of our services and the time reserved for each client, we enforce a strict no refund policy.

 

1. No Refunds on Services

  • All payments for physical therapy evaluations, treatment sessions, performance training, and injury screenings are final and non-refundable once the service has been provided.

  • We do not offer refunds for partially completed sessions or unused appointment time.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. To be fair to all clients, we enforce the following policies:

  • Cancellations with at least 24-hour notice: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty based on availability.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment: A cancellation fee of up to the full session cost may apply.

  • No-shows (missed appointments without notice): You will be charged in full with no refund or rescheduling option.

 

3. Prepaid Packages & Memberships

  • If you purchase a package or membership, no refunds will be issued once the payment has been processed.

  • Sessions in prepaid packages must be used within the specified timeframe, or they may expire.

  • In the case of a medical emergency or injury, session credits may be transferred to a later date at PTxSA’s discretion.

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered in rare cases, such as:

  • A documented medical condition that prevents you from participating in physical therapy (subject to review).

  • An error in billing or duplicate charges (we will correct the mistake promptly).

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Your Contact Email] and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. Payment Responsibility

By booking an appointment with PTxSA, you acknowledge and agree to:

  • The No Refund Policy outlined above.

  • Your responsibility for full payment of all scheduled sessions, regardless of attendance.

  • Understanding that insurance is not accepted, and all payments are made out-of-pocket.
